3D Networks achieves Nortel Networks Global Customer partner status in Asia Pacific

In a significant milestone that will further pave the way for a highly qualitative global collaboration, 3D Networks Pte Ltd., a subsidiary of Planet One, has achieved Nortel Networks Global Customer Partner status in Asia Pacific.   Global Customer Partners were selected based on technical support capabilities across voice and data products.  As a Nortel Networks Global Customer Partner in Asia Pacific,
3D Networks is recognised as a high-capability Nortel Networks channel partner.

The Nortel Networks Global Customer Partner Initiative identifies channel partners in the regions of Asia Pacific (APAC), Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) that are capable of offering pan-regional fulfillment and maintenance capabilities. This enables Nortel Networks global customers to work with a convenient single point of contact, which enables ease of doing business, consistency and quality without compromising on flexibility.

Describing the GCP Initiative, Jay Alvi, Vice President, Global Marketing, Nortel Networks, said: “The intent of this initiative is to ensure that Nortel Networks can better serve its largest global customers by enabling them to work with a select group of partners (GCPs) who can provide a consistent and ubiquitous level of support pan-regionally.   This will enable Nortel Networks and the Global Customer Partners to build strong relationships with the end- user customer, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction.”
