Hotels & Resorts implements state-of-the-art FCS
Call Accounting System across 10 properties to offer
enhanced calling services to customers

what has been termed as a "record of sorts",
FCS
Computer Systems, a leading provider of technology
solutions for the hospitality industry has deployed its
proprietary Call Accounting System -
FCS WinSuite Call Billing and PMS Interface for all
10 Stamford
properties in Australia and New Zealand, in a record
time of one month.
Stamford
the largest owner/operator of premium quality hotels in
Australia and New Zealand was looking to standardise all
its 10 properties with a powerful and flexible call
accounting system that would help it to better manage
its telephony rates and in turn offer better calling
services to its customers. FCS WinSuite proved an ideal
solution for Stamford's requirements, as it not only
integrated seamlessly with the existing PMS like Fidelio,
Maxial and Portfolio, but also provided the hotel with a
highly flexible Call Accounting system.
