Planet PSG has donated a range of professional services to the recently announced Thailand Tsunami Warning Centre. Planet PSG will install and develop a solution to provide automated and self service IVR solutions integrated into the IVR Warning Centre's contact centre, which has been donated by Nortel. Planet PSG will implement the IVR and work with the Warning Centre to implement a call flow and self service capability.
