The conference saw a gathering of approximately 230 people consisting of CXOs, technology partners and staff. A rich agenda combined with creative and exciting social events, against the majestic backdrops of Beijing's historical and cultural landscape made EXCELERATE a unique learning and networking experience.  

The Forum agenda saw a stellar line of speakers from various industries and walks of life who shared their knowledge and experiences. Topics ranged from techno talks, customer expectations and case studies to lessons in brand management and transformational leadership, the last one being an inspiring 90 minutes session with Dr. Kiran Bedi, Magsasay laureate and India’s first and highest ranked lady from the Indian Police Service. 

CXOs from various verticals including Banking & Finance, BPO, telecom and IT agreed that the Forum provided them an excellent opportunity to network and spend time with the technology leaders and counterparts alike, paving the way for new learning, new relationships and renewing old ones. Forum highlights included “Hear the Exhilaration” – a four-hour dusk-to-midnight performance by Euphoria, a leading and well known rock band in India.  Euphoria created history for itself for being the first Indian band ever to perform ON the Great Wall! “I couldn’t believe my ears when I was told that we would be performing on the Great Wall itself” said Palash, the band’s lead singer. “I don’t know how 3D Networks manages to pull off such impossible feats. This is the 3rd year in a row that Euphoria has been invited to perform at their conferences and it is getting better each year. We won’t be surprised if it will be a performance on the moon next year…….”

3D Networks also felicitated its staff at a glittering Awards Nite in Beijing. Not only were achievements in the sales and technical fields recognized and honoured, but individuals demonstrating personal grit and determination to fight personal odds and emerging victorious were specially mentioned and felicitated.
