3D Networks Australia launches new Cisco IP Communications business unit

3D Networks, one of Australia’s leading integrators of voice, data and contact centre solutions, has launched a new business unit to deliver solutions based on Cisco’s® market-leading Internet Protocol (IP) Communications (IP telephony and IP contact centre) portfolio. 

“3D Networks has a long history in the networking and telecommunications industry in Australia. We have developed the business around voice, data and converged networks, PABX solutions, contact centres and interactive voice response systems,” said Chris Luxford, CEO of 3D Networks Australia. “Our new partnership with Cisco will allow us to bring our in-depth experience to bear on building innovative solutions utilising Cisco’s IP Communications products. 3D Networks will seek to differentiate itself from other integrators and resellers by using a ‘business process improvement’ approach to voice and contact centre technology investment. Only after the details of the voice application are determined will an IP infrastructure be custom-designed to suit.

• 12 months of detailed analysis and planning

• a nation-wide search for technical and sales staff with extensive experience in Cisco IP Communications solutions

• 250 days of training for the industry-experienced existing staff members

• construction of lab and demonstration facilities having a value of nearly $500,000.
