Corporate Express Chooses 3D Networks for Unified Communications Upgrade

Corporate Express, Australia’s leading supplier of office products and business supplies, has chosen 3D Networks to upgrade and optimise its Cisco Unified Communications installations.

3D Networks – Australia’s leading integrator of Unified Communications applications – has been engaged to implement hardware and software upgrades to the Corporate Express voice systems. In addition, 3D Networks will be using its contact centre consulting team to help Corporate Express refine the business processes and call flows across the network.

“At Corporate Express, we provide single source supply solutions which make it easier and more cost effective for our customers to do business. We’ve asked 3D Networks to use their expertise to optimise the performance of our customer contact centres, so that we can continue to lead our industry and continue to deliver on our promise,” said Garry Whatley, Chief Information Officer at Corporate Express.

“We’re excited to be working with Corporate Express to enhance its contact centre technology and operations,” said Chris Luxford, CEO of 3D Networks (Australia). “We are confident that Cisco’s innovative products, combined with 3D Networks’ many years of experience in business-critical contact centres, will deliver significant value to further enhance Corporate Express’s customer relationships and drive business efficiencies.”
