Ashok
is focussed on fulfilling the group's vision of
creating an uniform approach across regions to
ensure seamless local and cross-border operations
that will result in high quality customer service
delivery. Ashok Sahdev has over 18 years
experience in the IT/Telecom industry and joins 3D
Networks from Global Telesystems Ltd where he held
various senior positions such as Head of Data
Networking, Senior Vice President, Enterprise
Networks Division. His last held position
was Executive Vice President and Country Head at
GTL. |

Chris Luxford - CEO, 3D
Networks Australia, and Director Contact Centre
Practice
Chris
Luxford, previously Director of Portfolio
Management, Enterprise Solutions (Asia Pacific),
Nortel, has now joined Planet
One group of companies. Here, he holds a
joint portfolio as CEO of 3D Networks
Australia and Director, Contact Centre Technology,
3D Networks.
Chris
has spent the last decade building a strong
experience base in using technology to assist
businesses develop means to reduce the cost of
selling to and servicing customers whilst
increasing the lifetime value, profitability and
loyalty of customers.
His
experience in consulting and
vendor sales has led Chris to his synergistically
related roles to lead 3D Networks in
Australia and the Global Contact Centre practice.

Ashe-lee
Jegathesan - Executive Director, Corporate and
Support Services, 3D Networks, Australia
In this role, Ashe-lee will drive the Planet
One Support Services function for 3D Networks
Australia, which includes Finance, HR, Marketing,
Administration and Legal. She is
responsible for developing and maintaining
corporate governance and values and together with
the other members of the management team, will
incorporate cultural change and driving the
goals and values of 3D Networks Australia.
Before
joining 3D Networks, in her private practice
time, Ashe-lee focused on business
development activities, and in building teams
and linkages between companies in different
countries, primarily between Australian
companies and Asian companies. As
Director, Asian Business Services of a Melbourne
& Sydney law firm, she was responsible for
establishing and leading the Asian Business
Services Group, for the development of the
strategy for growth of the company's client
base and business in the Asian region. She was
also instrumental in the formation of an association
of independent Asian law firms in which her firm
at the time was a founding partner.
For
the year 2004-2005, Ashe-lee has been selected as
one of the finalists from Victoria for the
Telstra Businesswoman of the Year award

Zhu Jing - CEO,
3D TGNT, PRC (incuding Hong Kong, Macau &
Taiwan)
Jing
obtained a Bachelor of Engineering and a Masters
of Engineering from Beijing University of Post
& Telecommunication and a Masters of Business
Administration from the University of
Toronto/Beijing University. She enjoys significant
experience of more than 15 years in the IT/Telco
industry. Her previous assignments include senior positions in Equant, MCI Global
Technical Service and Glory Computer Control Ltd. |

Charles Lim - Regional
Director, ASEAN
Charles
Lim holds a Master of Arts - Business
Administration and a MBA in Global Business.
He has 26 years of experience in Sales, Marketing,
Channels and General Management in the Computer,
Oilfield and Engineering Industries. Charles
joins us from Compaq Asia, where he last held the
position of Director, Strategic Sales &
Marketing, Enterprise Solutions and Services
Group. Prior to Compaq, he was with SAP
Singapore as the Country Manager/Director (SAP
South Asia Pacific Region). Charles also
brings with him extensive experience from
companies like AT&T, Walker Interactive
Systems and ICL.
